petA good news is here for all the pet lovers. Now they can die peacefully shaking off all worries for their pets, whom they rear with sheer love and adoration. Pet Trust is to take care of your pets after your demise.

Pet trust is a provision that can be made part of your will. You have to save a large amount for your pet in this trust. This will ensure that your pet will be provided proper care in future.

However, you can join pet trust in two ways. Inter Vivos trust is one that start working for your pet in your life time. Whereas, Testamentary Trust is set up after your death.

The difference between the Inter Vivos and Testamentary Trust is that with intervivos you will be able to look after everything the trust is doing for your pet since you are alive. But with the latter one, you are not going to oversee the funding of the accounts.
