Obama’s pooch makes friends in Hawaii

WASHINGTON - While the Obamas spend their vacation in Hawaii away from the public eye, their pet pooch Bo has already made friends on the island.

One of the First Family’s neighbours told a reporter that her dog had met and made friends with Bo the day before when the first pup was out for a stroll, as the president and first lady readied to leave their beachfront compound for the gym Friday morning, reports the Politico.

On Thursday, another one of the Obamas’ neighbours was out walking his dog and said he’d spotted Bo on the beach earlier in the day.

This is Bo’s first trip to Hawaii because last year, he celebrated Christmas in Washington. (ANI)
